Great customer service!

I've had a business email package with Ecohosting for several years and this has been reliable and easy to use, with just the right number of email addresses and storage for my needs. And at a very reasonable cost too. But I think it's the customer service that makes this company stand out — I've always found this very speedy and helpful, with staff members taking time to understand the query and provide additional help beyond what I expected. For example, I raised a query asking for help with email configuration and received a reply within 12 minutes to say that the changes had been made. This really was excellent service.

Very helpful and responsive. A client of mine had their email to my business account with Ecohosting bounce back to them with an error message. Ecohosting investigated and were able to determine quickly the fault was a rDNS issue on my client's end. They also kindly provided details of what my client needed to tell their own email provider to do to resolve the issue.
