If you're unhappy, just tell us to cancel the package and at the next billing date we will shut it down for you.

Please make sure you follow the cancellation procedure as specified in the terms and conditions so your package doesn't automatically get de-activated when payments are cancelled.

The cPanel/WHM control panel allows you to add your own logo, use your own URL for customer logins giving the impression that you have your own platform. If you have issues we are here to back you up with our 24-7 support.

From time to time you may have a situation that cannot be rectified immediately and may require you to contact a customer to explain the situation. If you have limited knowledge or aren't confident about how to deal with these situations then we can speak to your customers directly, as a representative of your business, to resolve the issue. We'll then feed the information back to you so you can make notes in the CRM of your choice.

We use OnAPP Cloud which doesn't rely on any single piece of hardware. Our OnAPP Cloud gives you an awesome 99.99% uptime. We provide an industry leading firewall and backup service to protect your clients' files as standard, at no extra cost. We provide full daily backups to an external storage location for disaster recovery, again at no extra cost. We (or you) can restore your account, website files, databases and even your IMAP/POP3 mailboxes on request at no extra cost.

As well as a secure firewall, the whole platform is protected by CloudLinux and ModSecurity keeping your data safe from hackers. We recommend you update scripts and plugins regularly and encourage your customers to do so.

Do you already have a reseller account elsewhere? Don't panic — as long as it's cPanel/WHM based and you have a full backup we will endeavour to restore this for you on our platform.

If you have a reseller account that doesn't use cPanel/WHM then we may still be able to help, just get in touch. We will always try to provide the best solution for you and help wherever possible.
